The Waterway Lofts are each is a 100,000 square feet and six-stories. Each condominium consists of custom units and 72-vehicle parking garage. The rotunda entrance includes Venetian plaster finish with stone tile flooring. Each unit is individually cooled with either one or multiple condensing units located on the roof. Units typically receive hard wood floors, carpet and tile with painted ceilings. Each unit is individually wired to receive high-speed internet access. Storage lockers are available for unit owners in the common corridors. The residents enjoy a pool and hot tub and the building is monitored 24-hours via cameras. Access can be gained remotely through transmitters for the entry door and garage gates.
Managing the build-out of the first residential project along the new urban center of The Woodlands 'Waterway' faced many high expectations from us, the neighborhood, The Woodlands Operating Company, and of course, the individual owners of each loft. With each new buyer, your team faced many new requests-to meet those expectations required dedicated personnel and sub-contractors. They were diligent in their work and most importantly, they kept a safe environment for construction. For your team's effort, we are grateful."

I would like to take this opportunity to praise your entire team in their skillful execution of the construction of a very challenging project at the Waterway Lofts. Your entire team worked in a seamless fashion to coordinate a difficult sequencing of construction tasks over the duration of the project. Your construction sequencing challenge was compounded by purchasers of units wishing to customize their residence at the same time you were trying to pour concrete slabs. In fact you project engineers were receiving customization plans only days before the slabs were poured! The resulting coordination effort with architectural, structural, and MEP documentation was nothing short of phenomenal.
I want you to know your team passed the test with flying colors and at the end of the day delivered a high quality project with the craftsmanship and attention to detail expected by Waterway Lofts residents and the Architect."
